Parking Lot Sweeping and Complete Exterior Cleaning

ACACIA Facility Services provides complete parking lot sweeping and exterior cleaning services. Our two-person teams go the extra mile to include emptying trash containers, cleaning and removing debris from the front, sides and back of buildings, cleaning loading docks and receiving areas and cleaning areas that can’t be reached by a sweeper truck such as cart returns, around merchandise, corners and inside dumpster enclosures. The team will also hand porter and collect and dispose of all trash and litter from the landscaping areas, lawns, planting beds, plants and bushes during each visit.

Daytime Porter Services

Our two-person team will empty trash containers, clean trash cans, clean windows, remove graffiti, repair traffic signage and pickup and remove litter and bulk trash from landscaping grounds, parking lots and fences and property perimeters during daytime hours. They are also able to perform minor repairs and perform property inspection reports as part of Daytime Porter service.

Illegal Dumping Cleanup

Acacia has equipment and resources available to mobilize on short notice to cleanup and dispose of illegal dumping, bulk trash, furniture, construction waste, storm damage and clothing and donation bins.
